This page explains which details the SFERA site accepts and how its application forms work.
Details we save
First and last name, company, role, phone, email, attendance format, and an optional comment. The short form saves only a name and email.
Why we use them
Details are used only to verify the application flow and let the site owner review submissions. No ticket is issued, no payment is taken, and no programme email is sent.
Where details are stored
Applications are written to an access-restricted file on the server running this site. Records older than 30 days are hidden from reads and physically removed at server startup and every six hours.
Deleting an application
A delete button appears after a successful submission. It removes that exact record using a one-time secret that is not stored in plain text.
